Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Windows Server Admin!

Responsibilities

  • Apply security updates on the server using Microsoft configuration manager (SCCM). 
  • Vulnerability remediation 
  • Troubleshoot patching issues. 
  • Troubleshoot server connectivity issues from vcenter, ILOs. 
  • Monitor server health. 
  • Troubleshoot CPU, Disk space, RDP, server connectivity issues etc. 
  • Generate compliance/vulnerability reports. 
  • Document key issues/root cause 
  • Installation & Configuration of Server OS 
  • Server Decommissions 
  • Handling tickets – Incidents/Tasks/Change management requests 
  • Work with users across different locations on various issues 
  • Windows OS – Win 2008/Win2012 R2/Win2016/Win2019/Win2022 
  • Deployment Tools – WSUS, SCCM 
  • Server Hardware – VMware vSphere, Dell/HP/Cisco UCS 
  • Automation – PowerShell 
  • Ticketing Tools – ServiceNow 
  • Basic understanding of Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills 
  • Outcomes Oriented – Successfully manage a set of responsibilities until its completion. 
  • Team Player with a capability to work successfully with various personalities. 
  • Work well under pressure 
  • Operate self-sufficiently from home and office as well when required. 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience needed

  • Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude.
