We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager II to join our team, reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing. In this remote role, you will develop and execute regional marketing plans to generate leads and pipeline to support enterprise and commercial sales revenue and bookings targets in the Great Lakes (IL, OH, MI, IN, WI, KY, WV) and Northeast (MA, NH, CT, upstate NY, RI, VT, ME, ON, MB) regions. You will collaborate with the Sales team to understand their priorities, target accounts, pipeline coverage, and top channel partners so you can define and determine the optimal marketing plan—including live events, virtual events, door openers, pilot programs, digital programs, and a variety of other end-user demand generation activities. What you’ll do: Partner with regional sales leaders to establish marketing priorities aligned to both corporate objectives and local needs Develop shared pipeline forecasts with Sales based on a solid understanding of the contributions of various marketing tactics executed by both field and corporate teams Actively seek new and different tactics to reach the target buyers Lead activities end-to-end, from planning to execution—ensuring timely and strategic follow-up Orchestrate cross-team collaboration across Marketing, Sales, BDRs, Channel, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and other teams Grow the database of targetable contacts within the right accounts, job levels, and geography Collaborate with channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contributions to the business Manage regional budgets and create a quarterly marketing investment plan Own your data—measure, analyze, and report on marketing activities to understand the contribution to the pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness and return on investment Partner with the sales teams and customer advocacy team to grow customer references and case studies What you’ll bring: Minimum 10 years of technology marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years of field marketing experience for an enterprise security or networking organization Must live in one of the following metro areas: Chicago, Boston, Salem or Manchester (NH) Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing plans that address various buying cycle stages and personas Deep expertise in a wide variety of demand generation tactics, as well as strong social media skills to drive campaigns and awareness in the region Ability to drive successful cross-functional marketing campaigns in sync with different teams and stakeholders—Sales, Channel, BDR, and more Aptitude to balance and negotiate the needs of the region with the demands from corporate Strong influencing and diplomacy skills—proven ability to get buy-in across a variety of stakeholders Confidence to work effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines Understanding of how to leverage distributors and channel partners to amplify and scale execution of marketing programs Availability to travel within your regions (US and Canada) to support field events and participate in Marketing and Sales meetings (approx. 30-40% of the time) BA in marketing or equivalent experience What success looks like: After six months, you will… Be aligned with the regional sales teams on key priorities Understand Infoblox’s marketing processes and reporting Develop effective relationships with peers, stakeholders, key partners, and vendors Formulate a strategic go-to-market marketing strategy for your regions After about a year, you will… Execute against your creative, strategic marketing plans for your regions Achieve lead generation and pipeline goals Increase channel contribution to the business We’ve got you covered: Our holistic benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
