The Private Client Associate II is responsible for providing day-to-day servicing of client accounts. Additionally, this area relieves relationship managers from performing various account specific administrative responsibilities and / or provide basic servicing to lower maintenance accounts. In addition to these services, the associate typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor and works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Primary responsibilities include

  • The incumbent is responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net worth clients.
  • Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for portfolio management support, financial planning assistance, and account administration.
  • Responsible for client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports to clients.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Experience working with high net worth individuals
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client service and communication
  • Focus on details and accuracy
  • Tech Savvy and able to work on many systems simultaneously
  • 3 + years experience in Banking and Investments required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ideal candidates include those who have previous experience working in a Private Wealth or Private Bank division of a bank or have worked several years within a banking branch network and is very familiar with banking solutions.
  • Passion for providing exceptional banking service to clients

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $39 - $52 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
