As Sr. Technical Project Manager and Agile Scrum master , you will lead wing-to-wing execution of technical projects right from planning to deliver high quality outcomes while meeting the milestones on time. You will Identify Project risks, long lead items and come up with effective mitigation plans and Oversee build/test/deploy milestones to drive project on time delivery.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you will

  • Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
  • Facilitate daily Standups, Sprint Planning and reviews, regular tracking and reporting regular analysis of Burndowns
  • Collaborate with scrum teams and ensure regular program planning and flow it down to PI and Sprint levels, own on time PI deliverables
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other nonstandard events throughout the life of the project
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
  • Conduct Retro discussions and facilitate constant improvement the efficiency and productivity of scrum teams
  • Demonstrate superior knowledge of software development life cycles to collaborate with Build and Release teams
  • Ensure that releases meet quality standards and functional requirements
  • Work with fellow team members and provide subject matter expertise to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions during testing cycles as well as during and after the project is deployed in production
  • Manage external vendors for deliverables as required

Skillsets & Qualifications

  • UG or PG degree in Bachelor of Engineering Experienced
  • 8+ years in product development (Product SW background preferred) with exposure to Leading scrum teams and knowledge on SDLC and Agile SW development methodologies.
  • Project Management in Product development
  • Experience in Agile development process for Software based product
  • Tools: Rally, Git, mpp and Smart sheet
  • Certifications: Agile Scrum master
  • Knowledge on C, C++ is preferred
  • SDLC process
