Your scope: As a Business Development Representative, you will be in-charge of identifying and activating accounts in order to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads to be endorsed to the Sales Executives.

???? You will be more specifically in charge of:

  • Engaging prospects through ABM-based outreach, emailing, LinkedIn messaging and other channels using our proven ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and tech stack
  • Identifying key players / decision makers and generate their interest
  • Nurturing leads until they are qualified and ready to about Efecte Service Management solutions
  • Using our CRM to maintain well organized data and improve the team’s efficiency
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Executives and Technical Pre-Sales as part of the local sales team.

???? It would be great if...

  • You have proven business development success through effective use of core prospection tools: CRM (Hubspot), LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and other relevant solutions
  • You have a strong and professional communication skills (written and verbal) partnered with excellent social skills and ability to deal with rejection
  • You have a proven academic track-record (BBA or above)
  • You are fluent/native in Swedish and English
  • Are able to work full time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city centre
