The successful candidate will be a mid-level business analyst that enjoys leveraging their analytical and enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge as a consultant assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement ERP solutions but to help them gain the most benefit from their ERP investment. Candidate would be a great individual contributor but relish working as a team player in a highly collaborative, modern agile implementation environment. Candidate will leverage their government financial accounting, procurement, or budgeting experience, but is unafraid to learn new tools and solutions to hone their craft and improve how they can make our clients successful.
The successful candidate will maintain objectivity and the highest levels of integrity while balancing the diverse needs, perspectives, and opinions of our clients and teams; building a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and trust. Candidate will apply a holistic and systemic approach to improve ERP performance for our clients through root cause analysis, with a focus on qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to adapt to changing project environments, be a standout colleague and have proficiency in Advantage, CGI’s built for government ERP solution.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical thinking with great client-facing oral and written communication skills that will be applied to help understand, document, assess, recommend, and implement approaches to help our state and local government and education clients successfully implement new, modern systems to improve their business processes. Successful candidate will interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts and will engage in high-level strategies and use strategy models to determine direction. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability in the following:
Implementation experience with ERP systems, specifically with CGI Advantage. Implementation knowledge of CGI Advantage includes configuration, setup (e.g., chart of accounts, budget, event types, pay events etc.) to help government clients get the most out of their ERP. Understanding of IT technologies as enablers for helping our clients leverage those technologies to improve their decision making (e.g., data analytics) and their business processes (e.g., using ERP and other solutions to improve productivity and efficiency).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000 - $130,600.
