United States Dollar (USD) Cash Operations team is primarily responsible for the provision of payment processing and investigation services to our global Financial Institution (FI) and Corporate Clients. The team also undertakes an element of Funds Release and Static Data activities. USD Cash Operations is primarily supporting the Corporate Bank business which provides commercial banking products and services for both corporate clients and financial institutions worldwide. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Functions as an Operations Lead with minimum guidance and is accountable for ensuring that the day-to-day activities are aligned to the Business objectives
  • Responsible as an escalation point for department, controls, key process, and risk indicators
  • Close collaboration with teams in India and United States including sales and product
  • Ensures appropriate escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to the department
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of solutions to monitor and mitigate risk
  • Responsible for the execution of all projects within payments while driving transformation and continuous improvement

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Degree and/or knowledge of Wire/High Value Payment (HVP) and ISO2022 implementation
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, able to keep pace with technical innovation, and maintain a broad understanding of the Business offering
  • Able to spot opportunities for optimization of flows
  • Work independently with respective groups on future automation and enhancing analytics
  • Knowledge of CHIPs and Fedwire Funds and its relation to High Value Payments
