GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Junior Photographer/Content Creator within our full-service integrated agency, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content servicing both in-house and client needs. You will work closely with our Design Director and in-house marketing team to help deliver on an array of photography needs ranging from in-house Team One brand needs (including the agency website and social channels) to client specific brand content.

Specific Duties:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and planning photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Set up lighting, props, and equipment for photoshoots in-studio or on location.
  • Execute the photography for various advertising campaigns, including event coverage, portraits, lifestyle images, and product shots.
  • Edit and retouch images to meet quality and brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for photo selection, editing, and delivery.
  • Work closely with design director, graphic designers, art directors, producers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve skills and processes.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining in-house camera equipment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in photography, preferably as a photo assistant or within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
  • Experience with photo editing and tethering software (e.g., Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within both a team environment and with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
  • Familiarity with creating video and still assets for a range of social media platforms (IG, FB, X, Tiktok, etc.) to meet their visual requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit, helps to identify creative opportunities for the agency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with various photography equipment and accessories.
  • Knowledge of videography, editing, or multimedia skills would be a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $51,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
