The Global Talent Acquisition team supports all recruiting for Marvell across 51 locations and 20 countries. At Marvell, the Global TA Team is constantly evolving and building to be the semiconductor industry's most efficient and top recruiting team. The Global Head of Talent & Inclusion leads Global Recruiting, Talent Branding, TA Operations, Immigration & Relocation, Contingent Worker Program, University Recruiting & Relations as well as Inclusion & Diversity.

What You Can Expect

As our Head of Global Recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Talent Acquisition strategy. You’ll lead and execute key activities related to recruitment across North & South America, Argentina, EMEA, and APAC. Partnering with the Global TA Leadership Team, you will drive projects, efficiencies, and automation to evolve our recruiting team and processes. Additionally, you’ll champion the implementation of inclusive hiring practices, adoption and training of new technologies, while driving positive change within our recruiting practices success.

Key aspects of your role:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute Marvell’s Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Candidate Pipeline Development: Create a robust candidate pipeline and sourcing strategy.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies for attracting and hiring talent.

Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to design, communicate, and implement effective Talent Acquisition processes globally.

Leadership Development: Continuously develop and mentor your team of recruiters, aiming for world-class Talent Advisors.

Hands-On Recruiting: Support recruiting for SVP+ roles so you can be hands-on to keep a pulse on the process and understand the roadblocks to continue building efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in effectively managing a TA team required
  • Global TA management experience required.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with OFCCP compliance a must.
  • Prior experience working in a semiconductor and other technology companies a plus
  • Proficient in staffing tools and systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Beamery, Workday) required
  • BS degree or equivalent required.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

189,750 - 284,200, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
