What You'll Do

This position involves assisting in activities related to various training and educational programs for the office administrators of the organization. 

Responsibilities include the following:

Training Office Administrators 

  • Study and develop skills in use of better teaching and training methods
  • Train human resources department and organization staff on human resources information system (HRIS), learning management system (LMS) and company intranet access, such as utilization, new products, features, or enhancements
  • Assist with documenting, streamline, and automate HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Assist with developing of new training materials and update existing training materials for the HR Department
  • Plan, organize, and conduct training utilizing training methods such as on-the-job, and e-learning for the Office Administrators in the organization

HR General

  • Respond to inquiries regarding company policy, procedure, and programs
  • Assist in the administration of various human resources plans and procedures for company personnel
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
  • Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems

Additional Responsibilities, as needed, may include:

  • Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason in human resources information system
  • Review offer letters, transfer/promotion letters and assists in other employment activities
  • Compile and maintain personnel records
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons
  • Provide back up to local Office Administrators when absent for HR, Accounting and Payroll duties
  • Manage referral bonus program
  • Oversee various corporate human resources duties for HRIS, including direct deposits, job history adjustments and job history input for transfers and rehires
  • Backup for corporate human resources department
  • Assist with acquisitions, including offer letters, onboarding, and other HRIS duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • High School or GED, BS in related field required 
  • 5+ years of experience with principles and practices of human resources or related exprience
