FleishmanHillard, a global integrated communications agency, is seeking a Senior Vice President to serve as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and account leader in our Raleigh office. This role will set the strategy and manage and coordinate the marketing and advertising initiatives of a key client from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is an excellent team leader and collaborator. We seek someone with the tenacity, resourcefulness, business sense, proactive curiosity, and cool-headedness to behave like the CEO of their account. Regular interactions with senior-level clients are a critical component of this position, which is focused on developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies and programs for a business-to-business client whose main audience exhibits behaviors and traits similar to that of a consumer.
The Senior Vice President will touch every aspect of a project in some way--from the relationship with the client, to the relationship with the team, and from strategy and finance to creative and production-- to ensure that a project meets the client’s and agency’s ambitions to generate great, effective creative work, on time and on budget, and to motivate the team along the way. You will deepen the client relationship and grow their business in a meaningful way. Your day-to-day work will be strategic in nature, developing initiatives and providing creative, practical solutions to client issues.
This role focuses nearly entirely on the marketing and advertising strategies of the client’s business, with some focus on capabilities such as earned and social media. The ability and vision to integrate multiple marketing, advertising, and communications tactics – and connect the dots – will be critical to success.
At FleishmanHillard, we embrace challenges, think boldly, trust each other, and harness our talented worldwide network to provide the best in class counsel to our roster of remarkable global clients. Are you ready to join the team?
