Temporary Trainee Manager (32 - 40hours Per Week - Internal or Previous Employees Only)

The role/team


Trainee Managers work alongside our Shop Managers, learning every element of the job and managing the shop in the absence of the Manager. Trainee Managers provide leadership and co-ordination on our shop floors, manage back of house tasks and set an aspirational example of customer service for the team. As Trainee Manager is a full time position, you must be available for seven days a week, and will usually work five of those, one to be a weekend day.

Skills and experience:

Previous people and business management experience is essential for this role.
