As the Supervisor, Field Service, you will be responsible for the management of all workshop (repairs) and site service (fibrescope/performance test etc.) based orders. Your goal is to ensure all service jobs are completed on time, at or below cost and at the acceptable level of quality expected from the customer. This position also requires the supervision and training of all Service Technicians in the workshop.
The candidate will liaise with all levels through the job functions with both internal and external customers. The role will have full responsibility for all service jobs, immediately upon receipt of the customer enquiry, including:
