about this team

The Retail Ops Excellence team focuses on generating operational excellence through continuous improvement and physical space projects to drive exceptional guest experience. This includes the design, development, and delivery of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the creation of standards and resources to support our retail stores in maximizing their operational productivity within their physical spaces. 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

The Retail Ops Excellence Program Manager manages workstreams that drive enrollment, engagement, and execution of all Retail Ops Excellence content in our NA Retail Stores. This includes a key focus on enabling our store roles to learn, lead and drive operational excellence through standard operating procedures in our stores. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leads SOP, Compliance and Delivery programming for Retail Ops Excellence content to elevate operational excellence in our stores 
  • Manage key work streams & roadmaps (ie. Reporting projects) bringing the right people together to get work done within retail ops excellence + key cross-functional partners across the organization 
  • Responsible for sustaining and elevating Retail Ops Excellence Training and resources, inclusive of Retail Training Programs. 
  • Support for all Retail Ops Excellence store facing implementations and deliveries in collaboration with Retail Ops Excellence Project Managers. 
  • Develop and execute test and learns and pilot programs to evolve experience and operations 
  • Partner with functional and project leadership to foster a culture of measurement – design program dashboards and generate insights to support decision making

qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 3+ years of strategic program management experience, vertical retail experience preferred
  • Experience in building, leading and facilitating training content to large groups of leaders 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate 
  • Demonstrated consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Strong project management and execution skills 
  • Strategic and creative thinker with ability to both drive to results and build relationships
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a high growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
