As the Supervisor Electrical Shovels, you will lead a multi-trade maintenance team providing task assignment and people development for the team, managing and prioritising workload while maintaining a safe, effective, and harmonious workplace ensuring the maintenance team interacts efficiently with other maintenance personnel, operations and external parties in the performance of the works.
Working with other supervisors at a collegiate level to resolve short interval challenges to production and the plan, you will be the single point of contact for your team, setting clear expectations, providing on the job monitoring, short interval control and troubleshooting of a large HME fleet.
The Supervisor Electrical Shovels is responsible for ensuring all High Voltage Electrical installations and work at the Boddington Gold Mine complies with all relevant statutory and safety requirements and will provide technical support and supervision to the HV Electrical Technicians.
