As an FP&A Platform Strategy Developer, you will play a key role in the support of our OneStream platform working on solutions of varying degree of difficulty for a growing end user community comprised of internal customers who reside within FP&A and our Corporate Business Units.

We are now looking for a Senior Specialist who will play a key role in the support of our OneStream platform that provides financial consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, financial allocations and management reporting solutions for Nasdaq.

With this position we offer :

Join the FP&A Technology Team at Nasdaq. The main objective for our team is to build state of the art solutions which enable our Finance team to report on the most accurate real time data possible. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members based in Europe and North America. Together with your team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, customer support, incident resolution, software configuration, enhancements/upgrades, integrations, system automations and design. Across these activities, you will be expected to apply an understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Your role and responsibilities:

You will be a member of a global team which delivers state of the art solutions to our internal customers. Your primary responsibilities will be to responding to support tickets, performing configuration changes, reading and interpreting technical requirements, making code modifications to existing programs, testing and documenting results, generating estimates of effort and eventually participating in design activities.

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot and implement solutions in OneStream.
  • Take high-level architecture and design models from architects and implement them through detailed design and code.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, develop project estimates, schedules, test plans, and code reviews.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.
  • Conduct performance testing, review results, identify bottlenecks, and profile code.

We expect you to have :

  • At least 3-5 years of software development, administrative or implementation experience on the OneStream platform. Ideally on a full SAAS solution.
  • Expertise in writing VB.net code in OneStream or Hyperion.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Performance Management leading practices.
  • Intermediate experience level with MS SQL Server or other RDBMS tool, Powershell and VBA.
  • Ability to work as a team player, or independently at times.
  • A focus on customer service.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficiency in English – Intermediate level.
  • This role will involve some overtime, off hours or weekend work from time to time.
  • Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in computer science or related field.

It would be great if you had:

  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Data Integration experience.
  • Systems integration experience.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse Leading practices.
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials.
  • Knowledge or MDM Systems, e.g. Profisee, DRM.
  • Knowledge of Azure is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Informatica (cloud).
