We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (12 Month Fixed-Term) to join our team. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Marketing, APAC, and collaborate closely with both the APAC Marketing team and the global Product Marketing Management team. Your primary focus will be on developing the go-to-market strategy for hospitality verticals in Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. This includes establishing impactful positioning and messaging, conducting market analysis, gathering customer feedback, and executing programs that support business goals.

Additionally, you will act as the voice of the customer for the APAC region and ensure customer needs are addressed at each marketing touchpoint. Utilising your project management skills, you will be leading and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines, this includes collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, customer service, partnerships and others in order to help accelerate the launch and lifecycle management of our hospitality products. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understanding the technology landscape that helps restaurateurs be successful and becoming an expert in the hospitality industry. 
  • Contributing to the market research roadmap and extracting detailed market insights that will help inform our product and marketing roadmaps, and hone our messaging.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our customer base, validating user personas, and translating insights into strategies to drive our organisational objectives.
  • Formulating the go-to-market strategy for Lightspeed Restaurant in the APAC region, driving the planning and execution of GTM programs, and taking ownership of their outcomes.
  • Engaging in product partnerships to launch new products and features, gathering insights from customers and sales teams to shape future product development.
  • Facilitating sales and partner enablement by creating materials that empower teams to effectively sell and deliver new offerings.
  • Contributing to and implementing a roadmap of marketing initiatives spanning the customer lifecycle, from initial launch to adoption, onboarding, and retention.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Extensive experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
  • Proven background in SaaS marketing, preferably with experience in either consumer apps / technologies, early stage startups, or with exposure to small business audiences
  • Prior experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Previous experience working with sales teams
