Position Overview :
As a Supplier Quality lead for a project at Burns & McDonnell, your role will be pivotal in the successful execution of work share projects between our consultancy firm and our US parent company. With your extensive 15-18 years of experience, you will perform role of SQ lead on project to ensure all Supplier Quality documents are reviewed timely adhering to client spec & Codes and standards, Coordinate Source Inspector activities at supplier shop, Perform Surveillance visit to Domestic and International supplier, Audit suppliers, Develop & monitor budget, prepare Project Supplier quality report, adhering to the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Candidate should have relevant Industry experience like oil & gas, refineries, petroleum industries, power projects,Infrastructure, etc.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited and recognized University.
2.Proven experience as a Supplier quality Lead/Manager in the EPC world, with 15-18 years of relevant experience.
3.Good knowledge of Project Quality Management System, ISO 9001 certification at an enterprise level.
4.Certification of minimum ASNT -Level II in RT/UT/MP/PT
6.Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization (e.g., Clients,executives, managers, subject matter experts, peers, and support staff)
7.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor a wide variety of team efforts to their successful conclusion. Excellent coaching, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
8.Exceptional communication skills for international collaboration.
9.Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our US parent company.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
10.Excellent written and spoken English.
