Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Talent Match Insights

The TalentMatch organization has 3 pillars; Run, Transform and Insights. The Insights pillar is responsible for:

  • Driving the business toward revenue acceleration and cost reduction targets
  • Becoming a trusted partner to Intelligent Operations (IO) and HR that provides valuable insights to improve talent fulfillment and drive business benefit
  • Building consistent and accurate models, reports and dashboards that allows self-service enablement of business Insights to the IO business
  • Partner with Run Team counterparts to provide visibility and forecasts into upcoming supply and demand

We are looking to strengthen and transform our team to provide action driving insights needed to fulfill the TalentMatch promise which is to identify the right people and skillsets for the right projects/roles in the right geography at the right timing with the right cost structure. 

In our transition to providing ‘action driving insights’, we need team members who have the skills, talent and mindset to use their knowledge to look into the future. Previous experience and/or skills such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Predictive Forecasting are critical to the success of our transformation. 

This Insights role will partner with members of the Finance organization to automate the Workforce Model in Oracle EPM. 

Responsibilities

  • Learn existing Workforce Model & translate business requirements into an automated solution
  • Work closely with Finance organization to translate revenue needs into resource needs
  • Handle large amounts and complicated data in excel and transfer them into automated systems such as Power BI & Oracle EPM
  • Learn current processes in various stages of development from short-term manual solutions to mid-term automated solutions to fully automated solutions w/ integrated machine learning, artificial intelligence and predictive forecasting

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience or skills in Oracle EPM
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in BI, Operations or Finance
  • Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Forecasting, Big Data and/or alternative digital solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to translate them into automated systems.

Preferred qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change.
  • Flexibility in work hours to have virtual meetings that overlap with both India (IST) and US California (PST) hours.
