About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager your primary objective is to assume full accountability for the end-to-end process of acquiring, converting, and retaining leads through various digital channels. This role involves spearheading strategic initiatives to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and market presence.

What will you do:

  • Devise and implement paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing their alignment with set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market leads to support demand-generation efforts across diverse markets.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing expenditures and performance based on gathered insights.
  • Manage, segment, and enhance the marketing database for innovative campaigns such as ABM.

What we are looking for?

Must have:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially for b2b technology/saas
  • Proven track record of hitting targets, including pipeline or revenue with paid lead gen campaigns
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Google ads and Linkedin ads
  • Experience with lead gen on other b2b-relevant advertising platforms
  • Experience in landing page and lead journey optimization, including AB testing
  • Budget ownership

Good to have:

  • MBA in Marketing

Measures of Success:

  • Revenue
  • MQL to SQL conversion rate
  • Business insights derived from data analytics and optimization
  • Performance and ROI from paid media campaigns
