THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to call regularly on pharmacy professionals and support the selling effort behind Organon Oral Contraceptive products in the retail channel primarily within the national chain pharmacy accounts. You will be responsible for sales growth within your territory.

Job Description for Key Account Sales Representative:

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing an effective call plan with a focus on potential customers within the national chain pharmacies to achieve calls and sales targets.
  • Achieving sales and market share targets for Organon in the assigned territory and key accounts.
  • Pursuing opportunities to prospect for new business with key customers and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers.
  • Providing tailored offering to key accounts and creating demand for Organon’s products and services by raising their profile with customers.
  • Utilizing your customer focused selling skills in your presentations and keeping post call notes to assist with pre-call planning.
  • Ensuring stock availability, tracking consumption trends, and growing the brand presence to optimize sell-out.
  • Leveraging on internal data and reporting tools to achieve goals.
  • Analysing market trends in pharmacy channel, identify opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market share for Organon products.
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and regulatory, to develop and implement effective account strategies.
  • Remaining in compliance as required in line with Organon’s company standards.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry and relevant therapeutic areas.

  • Strong competence with relevant platforms Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva, Salesforce.
  • 2-3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry covering retail channel.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
