Under the leadership of Strategic Partnership & Patients Solutions for EMEA Region Led Markets (EMEA RLM), this role supports to Competency Trainings inside Organizational Excellence team. As Competency Training Team, we are aiming to improve sales force effectiveness for distributors in the region. For this purpose, we offer soft skills training solutions to our distributors in different methods (Face to face, Virtual, E-Learning etc).

A Day in the Life

You will:

  • Support training needs analysis by working with the Competency Training team and Indirect Channel Leads in the EMEA RLM region
  • Contribute to the preparation of face-to-face and online training content
  • Assist in the complete organization of training and delivery of logistical materials
  • Support the submission, tracking and analysis of training evaluations
  • Contribute to LMS management (User importing, training assignments, report preparation, system support)
  • Support and assist in the preparation of the e-Learning training module

Must Haves 

  • Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Education (preferably Computer Education and Educational Technology) but if you have experience/knowledge about e-learning, other bachelor’s degrees are also accepted
  • Recently graduated or in the final year of studies
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Experience or good knowledge of Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office tools/programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Knowledgeable about LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Able to follow training technologies closely
  • Organizational and reporting skills

Nice to Haves

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional groups in multinational team
  • Eager to learn & develop
  • Knowledge of Vyond
  • Having a career goal in the field of learning and development
  • Understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical area and healthcare systems’ specifics

Internship/ Program details:

  • Start date: May onwards
  • Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
  • Working hours: 40 h/week 
  • Working model: Remote with a possibility to come to the office
  • Location: Turkey
