The Regional Marketing Specialist plays an important role in the development and execution of community-specific marketing strategies to drive high quality community web leads and model traffic that convert to appointment to help the region, divisions and communities meet or exceed their sales plan. The Regional Marketing Specialist is focused on achieving an optimal online Customer Experience and supporting the divisions to meet or exceed sales plan. This role will require a high-level energy candidate that can motivate others to take action.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the homebuilding divisions to achieve sales plan
  • Strategize plans for launching new communities and successfully build a quality list of prospects for the community launch
  • Develop a quarterly marketing plan for high quality lead generation incorporating both organic lead gen and paid advertising
  • Motivate sales team with high-level enthusiasm to build organic traffic
  • Community marketing and branding, to creating content that speaks to the identified target buyer, to enhance the customer experience and convert web traffic to leads
  • Review and analyze overall marketing plan results for each community/division/region including eblasts, surveys, advertisements and webpages
  • Optimize video productions with sales team
  • Create signage strategies and optimize locations
  • Website maintenance and updates, as well as review community virtual traffic
  • Manage the marketing and advertising budgets for each of the divisions that you support
  • Create new community marketing content, such as community and testimonial videos, virtual assets, etc.
  • Responsible for brand compliance for both the overall corporate advertising guidelines as well as the FTC and Department of H.U.D regulations

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of successful marketing experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication, Journalism or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Collaborative and strategic approach to lead creativity and change within the divisions
  • Demonstrated ability to write and proofread effective copy that drives online conversions
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee creative projects like video
  • Able to work effectively and independently in a complex professional environment
