As part of the People organization, TA Enablement ensures success of our broader TA functions while partnering across Snap to solve complex problems, drive efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and innovate for the future. We partner across the People Team to ensure our global systems and processes are efficient, built for scale, and drive successful hiring outcomes.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to join the Talent Acquisition (TA) Enablement Team!

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of our ability to forecast demand, measure performance and impact, share updates and results, and tell the story of TA by understanding business objectives and translating them into reporting and analytics assets that will elevate the performance of Talent Acquisition.
  • Own TA Team Capacity Plan model and Global Hiring Tracker, continuously iterating to ensure ease of use, automation, and alignment to XFN teams and systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive Visier Phase 2 focused on ingesting data from Gem and Workday to provide an end-to-end view of our funnel and inclusive hiring efforts.
  • Act as global point of contact for all reporting requests for workforce data, in partnership with the People Analytics Team, and recruiting data with TA leadership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline regular reporting requests. 
  • Identify gaps, issues, or areas of improvement within TA systems and data, working with HRIS and TA Leads to optimize data quality and ensure appropriate reporting of TA-specific metrics and analyses.
  • Develop, deliver and troubleshoot regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and other. forms of data-based insights using multiple tools including Workday, Gem, Visier, Looker, Excel and Sheets.
  • Ensure reports meet business needs and are accurate, easy to interpret, and delivered within agreed-upon time frames.
  • Develop a significant understanding of the business and organizational structure aligning data requests to business objectives.
  • Build relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, including Recruiters, HRIS, Finance, People Analytics, and others to ensure alignment and proactive delivery of relevant TA data and analyses. 
  • Run regular audits on TA team data and report issues.
  • Communicate system and process changes to TA Enablement to ensure team training and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions and user guides on reporting to end users.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
  • Proactive problem solving / critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience in handling highly confidential data sets
  • Experience influencing and advising leadership on talent and data insights

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business, psychology, Information Science or related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of Reporting, data, and analytics experience
  • 3+ years working in or closely aligned to Talent Acquisition
  • 2+ years working with Google Suite and Sheets (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, macros, charts & graphs)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Workday, Visier, SQL, and data visualization tools

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
