With Control Managers appointed for each Line of Business Function and Region, there is a comprehensive coverage/accountability model that promotes Firmwide dialogue and consistency in approach and solutions.
JPM is seeking to hire multiple individuals to support execution of the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) Program across the firm.
This is a critical and high profile role – supporting the assessment of JPM’s key compliance risks (i.e. identified, measured, and controlled) across the firm, and ensuring the assessment is conducted consistently across compliance risks, lines of businesses, and legal entities globally.
The role will require excellent communication, collaboration, and partnership skills in order to drive key discussions and influence with a wide variety of stakeholders, often at a senior executive level.
This role resides within the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Control Management Organization and reports to the Firmwide Compliance risk Assessment Program Lead.
