The UCLA Department of Philosophy and the Cultural Analysis and Social Ethics (CASE) Lab seek a post-doctoral research fellow on its two-year “Clearing the Ground in EDI” project. The fellow will bring humanistic research methods to bear on questions concerning the efficacy, assessment, and framing of equity, diversity, and inclusion programs in higher education, business, and other sectors. In addition to conducting research, the fellow will be expected to support the project’s visiting speaker workshops and any other public-facing activities that emerge locally as the project evolves. This is a full time position. The fellow will devote 100% effort to this project and will be an engaged member of the departmental and postdoctoral communities at UCLA. The fellowship offers a competitive salary and full benefits with a start date of September 1, 2024, with an option to start sooner if mutually agreeable.
