We are looking for a Market Access Specialist who is accountable, detail oriented and data driven to join us in our Neurology Eastern EU APEX team, based in Warsaw, Poland.

About the role

Joining as a Market Access Specialist, you will be instrumental in streamlining the preparation of pricing and reimbursement submissions for UCB assets, aligning closely with the company's strategic goals. Your role involves contributing to achieving pricing objectives, offering full support for Market Access & External Engagement activities, and ensuring strict compliance with both internal policies and external regulations governing Market Access and External Engagement initiatives.

Who you’ll work with

You will report to the Patient Access & External Engagement Lead and will work in close alignment with Market Access & External Engagement Lead.

What you’ll do

  • Support reimbursement applications for UCB products by collecting necessary data and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing health technology assessment reports and collaborate with HTA vendors.
  • Contribute to the creation of business cases.
  • Monitor updates to reimbursed drug lists, analyzing changes for UCB and competitors' products.
  • Track information on the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariffication website, focusing on therapeutic areas relevant to UCB.
  • Maintain a database of reimbursement documents.
  • Provide administrative support for all MA & EE processes (including preparation of appropriate documents and their archiving, operation of internal systems being used by MA&EE Dept., all other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor)
  • Collaborate with local Safety staff for pharmacovigilance compliance and support.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills 

  • Master’s degree required (preferably in pharmacy, medicine, public administration, economics, or related fields)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the field of market access or pharma consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of local healthcare policy, particularly Reimbursement Law and Pharmaceutical Law.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with effective prioritization abilities.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
