The Impact You Will Have 

As part of the Global Closing and Forecasting Team in CFO-Actuarial, you'll support maintaining our MS Excel-based tool and our department's intranet page. You'll work closely with other actuarial team members, gaining valuable insights into the role while making a significant impact. It's an exciting opportunity to contribute to our shared goal of delivering exceptional service to our clients while growing your skills.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance global actuarial approaches, tools and processes.
  • Support data quality tracking, documentation and follow ups.
  • Complete documentation inventory.
  • Support control testing and follow ups of control execution
  • Update Department information in the intranet.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree, and ideally, be currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical thinking and numeracy skills, capable of identifying patterns and root causes in complex data and processes, quickly distilling key issues and providing insights in various situations.
  • Possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to understand, elaborate, and convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences and levels of management.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and initiating appropriate actions to remedy abstract and ambiguous issues and following through to ensure remediation.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, with German language skills as an added advantage.

Further Information:

  • Duration at least 6 months (preferably longer) 
  • Working hours: 20 hours/week 
  • Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
