Job Description:

The Sr. ERP Programmer Analyst performs administrative tasks for CSI/Syteline ERP, web storefront integration and development of system modifications, revisions, customizations, and personalization. They are also a leader for the ERP team helping provide a guidance and build skillsets of the team.

  • CSI/Syteline system administration – User accounts, groups, permissions, BG queue, APARs, etc. 
  • SQL database administration – Indexes, SQL agent jobs, maintenance plans, etc. 
  • SQL development - Stored procedures, custom tables, replication, etc. 
  • Maintain existing CSI/CSI/Syteline custom forms and personalizations 
  • Design and implement new CSI/Syteline custom forms and personalizations 
  • Create and maintain a CSI/Syteline development environment for testing APARs, customizations, personalizations, system changes, etc.
  • Assist end users in the creation of personalization/customization specifications to include a robust validation/testing procedure 
  • Monitoring of web storefront integration and error resolution to ensure accurate and timely order processing 
  • Database backup and restoration 
  • Address acute user support requests using KACE Service Desk system according to established process 
  • Lead ERP staff and other departments on the evaluation and implementation of new CSI/Syteline versions and modules 
  • Participate on IT department projects and company teams as assigned 
  • Adhere to defined project timelines and budgets 
  • Provide quality assurance for own projects 
  • Create appropriate program documentation and revision control 
  • Lead team in technical adoption and provide training to other team members to help improve team skill set
  • Lead ERP team on the evaluation and implementation of new customizations and developments in CSI

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in an Information Technology related field 
  • 10+ years’ experience administering and developing for CSI (CloudSuite Industrial)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills 
  • .NET or C# development
  • MS SQL Server design, administration and development 
  • Doc-Trak, DateViews and Workbenches

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Gorbel, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

ERP Programmer/Analyst: Min $70,076 - Max $105,114

ERP Programmer/Analyst, Sr: Min $80,587 - Max $120,881
