About the job 

NielsenIQ BASES is growing its Sales Acceleration team and is seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting sales development teams in North America and working with cross functional teams globally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster. 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborating with BASES sales representatives and supporting them in day-to-day activities 
  • Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.) 
  • Supporting sales representatives with updating decks with NIQ branding and making sure the content is client-ready 
  • Supporting sales representatives in maintenance and management of their CRM records 
  • Analyzing market data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions 
  • Support Sales Development Managers in outbound lead creation (Zoominfo, Appollo io, etc.) and maintenance and Salesloft outreach 

About you 

An ideal candidate is a proactive, deadline-driven task manager with an eye for process improvement. You are motivated by making an impact on your workplace and thrive on recognizing a challenge, implementing a solution, monitoring success, and continuously thinking outside the box to optimize new or existing processes. You are detail-oriented with excellent communication, active listening, and time management skills. 

Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years of related work experience in a complex and multicultural organization, Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically through identification of problems and implement successful, tactical solutions 
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and keen ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business-critical objectives are met 
  • Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines 
  • Experience preferred with tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, PowerBI, and ability to quickly learn new technologies 
  • Ability to drive productivity working in a remote, fast paced environment 
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
