Your Main Activities Are

  • Controls of BR activity
  • Ensure that all the controls are documented and signed
  • All 4 eyes checks are properly done to the monthly tasks, setups and changes
  • Ensure that all the documents/answers to ORC/OPC are provided in the respective deadlines
  • Guarantee that on second level controls the rate of findings is less than 10%
  • Procedures
  • Ensure that all the necessary procedures are created / updated and input in PACT respecting the deadlines
  • Incidents
  • Guarantee that the incidents are logged within the 48 hours deadline, after detection
  • Perform the follow up of the incidents on time
  • Audit
  • Help preparing the internal and external audit files
  • Be available to answer all necessary queries.
  • Innovation
  • Propose/create at least one innovative process with practical application, that will allow a better performance
  • This process has to create added value. Time reduction / efficency on the task / less error rate
  • Contribute to SWITCH project with WIN applications
  • Deadlines
  • Ensure that the deadlines are accomplished: follow-up of queries, setup creation and validation, invoice and reports sending
  • Keep the Team Leader informed of all delays or issues in the production
  • Claims
  • Decrease the number of claims. Have less than 10% of client claims
  • Mailbox handling
  • Manage generic email box and phones
  • Always reply to the e-mails in 48h, provide regular feedback on pending matters any time necessary
  • Be assertive. Correctly analyze and answer to all queries
  • Be available to share knowledge and all relevant matters with the other team members, and to help the team whenever necessary
  • Ensure newcomers training whenever requested
  • Coordinate the daily/monthly tasks with the other team members to ensure a fair distribution of the workload
  • Follow the Team Leader recommendations and keep her informed of all relevant matters
  • Support the transformation Team and ensure that all the documentation/files requested are delivered on time and accurately in order to improve the BR Transformation Program
  • Actively implement the TOM in case your location is impacted

Profile and Skills to Success

  • High School
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral are mandatory. Italian is a plus
  • Knowledge in Operations and Processes

  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork 
  • Ability to develop others & improve their skills
