We are establishing a team to build, deploy and sustain the deployment of a new technology platform, at the same time of evolving ways of working and strengthening WFM capability.

The Senior Manager, Workforce Management Product Manager will assist the Global Workforce Management (WFM) team, establish corporate and global standards and features to be delivered through the WFM technology stack including a focus only the overall user experience. The objective of this role is to support evaluating, recommending, and deploying new technology and solutions for existing and future state programs.

This role will be responsible for designing and delivering new WFM functionality, solutions and supporting processes. This role will also own collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure resource availability and timely delivery of all projects. Another key responsibility will be to ensure that all solutions/projects implemented for various HR systems meet business requirements and adhere to PepsiCo standards across the global HR systems landscape, while integrating with local sector/country solutions. This role will also have direct interaction with UKG and will be responsible for managing and monitoring thr vendor relationship. In addition to delivering projects, the incumbent will also be responsible for reviewing and summarizing results, developing and presenting metrics/dashboards, and communicating program statuses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Design and co-develop solutions to support the WFM Tech Stack Lead and the WFMGlobal Process Owner in the evaluation, definition and execution of WFM programs across Sectors; identify and manage the enterprise and sector integration points with existing systems and new programs
  • Manage vendor, UKG, relationship including management of major incidents, critical and/or high product defects, licensing changes, and new module releases
  • Develop the WFM product roadmap with key inputs from the business (desired future-state) and IT effort estimations for delivery
  • Develop, monitor, and test business continuity plans for WFM in partnership with the UKG, the business, payroll and GBS controls team, and IT
  • Manage and monitor key control compliance in the WFM process models; close coordination with Internal Controls team and Finance, HR and Payroll process and system owners
  • Manage global metrics and scorecards for all EC system projects and configuration changes and provide status to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Provide leadership in business requirements/solution evaluation to support Global and Sector WFM system requests
  • Ensure clear and concise plans are in place for related initiatives and that these are clearly aligned with the strategy of the Group HR function and HRT portfolio globally
  • Monitor and report on the projects assigned, and highlight through governance when initiatives are at risk of or go ‘off track’
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders – inside and outside of the function – working closely with wider functional, regional, and business line teams, building strong relationships, ensuring consensus and effectively influencing outcomes
  • System release planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Communicates and/or supports the business cases to Product Management and Product Development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements
  • Analyze UKG required product releases for configuration impacts and in partnership with IT to prepare the organization for changes
  • Support business test plan development with business on End to End required testing and Pay and time compare preparation activities
  • Monitors upstream and downstream impacts to cutover planning
  • Develops WFM Program steering committee updates on product releases, governance items, and key product communications around major incidents and business continuity planning

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant technology or Human Resources
  • 8-10+ years of experience in WFM or Payroll systems implementations
  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing HR technology and/or service products, for global teams, preferably with WFM, payroll more advanced analytics. Expertise in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) preferred and/or UKG WFC (Kronos)

Preferred Experience: 

  • Global large-scale systems implementation and project management experience, PMP certification preferred
  • Demonstrated diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
  • Ability to develop and design innovative technical solutions that enable a positive user experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, anticipate and independently address issues

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
