What are your Key Responsibilities?

The Central ID BCO Manager has the responsibility for the execution of the sales strategy to serve customers that prefer to engage with Maersk in free structures with high frequency sales cycles through both digital self-service and direct engagements with our highly competent sales organization.

  • Growth mindset and high change agility – has an ability to learn new things quickly and can adapt to and champion change with peers and others.
  • Achieve assigned targets and KPIs, ensure all sales activity logged in company platform.
  • Manage and maintain relationship with existing client and support team to win new client.
  • Hunger – has an enthusiasm, proactive in driving outcomes and getting things done.
  • Ability to do collaboration with internal stakeholder within Indonesia and other country including Head Quarter
  • Customer centricity – can develop deep insights on customer’s business by understanding their pain points and their supply chain goals to co-create solutions.
  • Lead team to manage tender/contract negotiations on Ocean and Logistic
  • Lead team to actively pursue new opportunities and constantly evaluate existing businesses.
  • Identify, actively pursue, and develop new customers.
  • Build a strong and stable customer base.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge in transportation, logistics or business equivalent
  • Experienced in leading others.
  • Have strong commercial mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skill
  • Experienced on ocean freight/ import & export.
  • Experienced on logistic and distribution.
  • Must have a performance and result driven mind-set.
  • Independent and resourceful with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English
  • Good in time management and able to carry yourself professionally
