We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative digital solutions team within ZF Aftermarket.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our cutting-edge digital and software solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management and sales to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth..
What you can look forward to as Product Marketing Manager for digital solutions (m/f/d):
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Create compelling and clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Translate technical features into customer benefits and value propositions.
Develop a range of marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and website content, to support sales efforts and educate prospects and customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects. Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecards.
Work closely with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement. Provide input on campaign strategies and contribute to the creation of relevant content.
Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally. Present at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase the benefits and value of our products; gather feedback from customers, conduct surveys, and engage in customer interviews to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and satisfaction levels. Use these insights to refine product messaging and inform product development.
Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, feature prioritization, and launch plans.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and track their success. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
