Product Manager Marketing Oncology Benelux 

The Product Manager Marketing Oncology Benelux (within Bayer, the official title will be ‘Content Lead Marketing’) will oversee coordination of all content-related topics for the Therapeutic Area (TA) Oncology and will drive modular content and its use/reuse across the markets as the SPOC. The Product Manager Marketing Oncology enables markets in the use of enhanced/new tools for modular content ensuring application of standards to creative content planning. In this exciting role, you will be part of an ambitious team of 6 Product Managers Marketing Benelux. You will be reporting to the Campaign Lead Benelux. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset and is experienced in multi-channel marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (strong preference for Oncology). There will be a lot challenges, such as launching new brands. Together as a team we will implement a new way of future proof marketing. Since you will be part of a Benelux team, a cross-country mindset is key.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee/coordinate content creation; planning, delivery and cost, ensuring Bayer’s standards are adhered to 
  • Have oversight of the whole content landscape (availability) for the TA, identify gaps based on campaign needs, liaise with digital Content Creator/other markets to fill the gap 
  • Actively drive reuse of selected local pieces and fill content gaps by regional (steered) content creation 
  • Collect and manage holistic content repository for strategic focus areas based on constant oversight on markets microsegments and campaigns 
  • Understand, embrace and drive modular content in the market; support the enablement/embedding of related tools, processes and standards in the market 
  • Define KPIs for (customer journey) campaigns with Squad prior to campaign implementation 
  • Thoroughly monitor and review campaigns to identify new insights and areas for improvements to be implemented in future campaigns 
  • Ensure regionally consolidated input into segment campaign blueprint and global customer experience journeys / campaign planning and follows-up with countries on execution of end-to-end campaign blueprints based on strategy 
  • Foster cross-country exchange on best practice relating to content –both digital and print -or related process efficiencies, shares examples of successful content with other markets
  • Build and maintain a customer network of selected local HCPs and other relevant key stakeholders in order to optimize customer understanding and co-creation 
  • Search, gather and analyze relevant information with regards to market potential, competition, target group behavior and customer needs regarding the product (portfolio) and share this information, in order to improve product strategy and decision making. 
  • Develop, monitor and propose adjustments of P&I budgets based on the priority marketing investments within the brand plans and related activities, in order to contribute to optimal usage and returns of the investments made.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in marketing or business administration 
  • At least 5 years of experience on sales/ sales management/ marketing /market analysis/ target setting / position optimization and reporting system management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry (strong preference for Oncology)
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing and brand management namely building campaigns 
  • Thorough understanding of user insights and experience from a content creation perspective 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Flexibility to travel within the Benelux.
