We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our vibrant team and take on a key role in collaborating closely with the ANZ Supply Chain Leadership Team and site HR teams, to effectively implement ANZ's people first strategy and create purposeful engagements for our Supply Chain teams.

The Opportunity

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to develop and implement an impactful People Strategy to fulfil Talent, Capability & Culture needs for both Salaried and Frontline employees, aligned with ANZ and APAC strategies.
  • Maintain high performance standards, refining performance measures to foster career development and optimal performance.
  • Lead Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Agenda, provide support to site HR teams on complex matters and addressing IR/ER issues, while adhering to legislative requirements.
  • Manage transformation projects, ensuring robust change and communication plans.
  • Promote Health, Safety and Welfare of employees.
  • Coach and lead Site HR teams to enhance their skills and drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to broader ANZ HR agenda as part of ANZ HRLT.

About You

  • 10-15 years of HR Generalist Management experience with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Coaching and Business Partnering.
  • Demonstrates a high level of executive maturity.
  • Skilled in establishing connections and fostering engagement with individuals at every level of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational environments.
  • Skilled in facilitation and presentation.
  • Effective organization and project management abilities in fast-paced settings.
  • Expertise in a strategic approach to Employee Relations/Industrial Relations.
  • Dedicated to achieving results with a high level of energy and drive.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Proficient negotiator.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of innovative thinking in diverse environments.
  • Able to work with diverse groups and make a positive organizational impact confidently.
