The Rocky Mountain Regional Site Manager III is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of NSIN Maverick TDL execution within the NSIN Rocky Mountain Region, which includes Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, Kansas, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah. As directed by the Government, they are initially responsible for the seamless transition of any active TDLs within the region that will continue execution under the NSIN Maverick Task Order, ensuring appropriate Government and legacy contractor knowledge transfer, coordinated staffing assignments and alignment, and the subsequent efficient TDL execution to meet prescribed execution goals and milestones. They are responsible for the effective management and support of newly assigned Rocky Mountain Region TDLs for execution, ensuring identified technical, programmatic, staffing, and delivery challenges and issues are promptly brought to the attention of the Program Manager and the technical leadership staff. They coordinate responses/solutions with relevant stakeholders in accordance with the Maverick Mission Essential Services Plan (MESP). They are responsible for being progressively knowledgeable of the Rocky Mountain Region's support needs that might be addressed within the NSIN Maverick scope, bringing identified potential NSIN Maverick TDL opportunities to the attention of program leadership for execution consideration. The Rocky Mountain Regional Site Manager III provides leadership and mentoring to assigned NSIN Maverick staff while executing TDLs within the Rocky Mountain Region. They will also support regional mission partners including: Northern Command (NORTHCOM), Space Command (SPACECOM), and South Dakota Mines. The Rocky Mountain Regional Site Manager III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree in related discipline (candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit)
  • High School Diploma + 13 years of experience will also be considered
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience
  • Experience with NSIN Rocky Mountain Region supported commands

The projected compensation range for this position is $113,200-$160,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
