This newly created position will become a key member of the Mobile Asset Management Maintenance Team and is an opportunity for the successful person to assist in developing and implementing the future maintenance strategy for a fleet of hydraulic and electric shovels.
Leading a team of subject matter experts, you will support a multidiscipline workforce of supervisors, technicians, trades people and business partners in delivering the Mine Asset Management Strategies, with a focus on the Shovels and Fabrication teams.

Key Accountabilities
About You
You will hold a Mechanical Trade qualification together with significant post trade supervisory, planning, and scheduling experience. You will be a skilled practitioner with detailed understanding of maintenance work management processes, budgeting and experience with managing maintenance work utilising a CMMS (SAP) system.
A Certificate of Frontline Management or equivalent, together with Project Management experience will be required for your success in this role. On a personal level you will be able to maintain and develop a culture of continuous improvement, a proactive approach to employee engagement, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
