Contract: 12-month fixed term
Location: Edinburgh (typically 3-4 days in the office per week)
Expected starting salary: £46,000 - 57,500

The Job
Our Group Legal and Executive & Board Office department ensures Aegon achieves its business goals and meets specified regulatory requirements, and we are seeking a Governance Adviser on a fixed term basis to service the needs of the Boards and relevant Committees by providing company secretarial support.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Deputy Company Secretary, General Counsel, and Company Secretary to ensure the seamless operation of Aegon UK Boards/Committees. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of corporate governance and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Supported by our Group Legal and Regulatory Risk team, you'll play a key role in upholding our commitment to excellence and integrity.
