Senior Vice President, Advisors Consulting & Information Services, LAC

The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Within the Data & Services organization, the Insights and Analytics Product organization is focused on creating, evolving and delivering superior products for our clients on the area of Analytics, Insights, Test & Learn and Consulting & Innovation products and services. This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business in the region through thoughtful product road mapping within the region, influencing global product managers to ensure the solutions in region are effective and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.

Overview

  • This role is responsible for Regional Product Management of the Insights and Analytics products within our Latin America Countries / Region (LAC) as well as the Consulting & Innovation business. This includes:
  • Owning and driving P&L for all Insights, Analytics and Consulting products in LAC in close coordination with D&S business leads in the region.

Partnering with Marketing to develop product marketing plans and sales materials

  • Determining and driving forward the product innovation agenda and product road map, including localization needs

Managing the Studio Process in the region for new products launches

Understanding of competitive landscape / competition solutions

Partnering with Marketing to develop product marketing plans and sales materials

  • Ensuring successful sales of the product through Mastercard’s sales teams
  • Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
  • Candidates for this role will likely have answered ‘yes’ to the following questions:

  • Ability to effectively build and prioritize the regional product road map

  • Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team so they are fully equipped to sell the products
  • Lead, manage & develop a team of product managers to drive capabilities, create development and career plans and stimulate a culture of high performing teamwork. Build strong relationships across Mastercard at all levels
  • Incorporate a Product Management discipline
  • Ensure our solutions remain market leading/competitive
  • Align regional requirements with product roadmap

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
