Football Administrative Assistant-On Campus Recruiting Coordinator

North Dakota University System

Position Information

This position is responsible for a myriad of tasks while ensuring the proper execution and expectations for the football department. This individual will report directly to the Head Football Coach at North Dakota State University and will oversee all administrative duties and on campus visit planning for the program. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support for football coaching & support staff
  • Organize and complete travel expense reports
  • General office management
  • Organize and execute on-campus recruiting visits and correspondence
  • Coordinate all football camp/clinic registration and assist with camp HR duties
  • Correspond with current player's families on upcoming events and notifications 

Advertised Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management/Related Field or 5 years related experience
  • Experience working within a college athletic department 
  • Strong background in MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a Division I (FCS) program.
  • Experience working with North Dakota State University Athletic Department
