Position Summary

As we continue to expand and drive forward our vision, we are seeking for our European headquarters based out of Munich a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Professional/Manager (f/m/d).

The Talent Acquisition Professional/Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's short-, mid- and long-term goals in terms of staffing. In this role, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers, attract candidates through various channels, including hosting career events, plan and execute selection procedures. You will ensure positive candidate experience and create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders like HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and recruitment efforts. Engage with external third parties/ headhunting agencies and SSC on a regular basis.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the technology industry, including campus recruiting.
  • End-to-end recruitment processes: Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Source potential candidates through most effective and efficient channels (e.g. social platforms; professional networks; recruitment agencies; recruitment fairs and exhibitions). Determine selection criteria, and plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using an effective and efficient Applicant Tracking System.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to promote our employer brand across various channels, such as social media, employer review web sites, as well as career events and job fairs to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice in the technology sector. Organize and attend job fairs, career and recruiting events.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness of the recruitment and employer branding efforts, ensure continuous improvement based on the data. Report about changes and updates on a regular basis.
  • Talent Planning: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates and build up a talent pool.
  • Legal Compliance: Keep up with industry and market trends in Talent Acquisition, including changes in legislation and GDPR.
  • Onboarding: Ensure that all documentation related to the Talent Acquisition process is accurate. Ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires in collaboration with Hiring Managers and various departments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Solid work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, including end-to end recruitment as well as development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience utilizing social media, employer review sites, and other platforms to enhance employer brand visibility.
  • Good project management skills and experience organizing career events.
  • Knowledge of German employment law as well as GDPR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work/navigate in international and multi-cultural environments.
