Job Description Summary:

A successful Senior Manager, CCAR Franchise Operation Finance who can create and execute a strong finance strategy within the Franchise to drive growth and profitability. She/He should have a good understanding of macro environment and competitive dynamics with proven ability to generate, represent, communicate and discuss industry and consumer insights, as well as its impact on The Coca-Cola business. She/He should be able to gather and synthesize different sources of information, analytics and insights to build powerful and compelling narratives to support performance management cycles.

What You will Do:

1) Responsible for holistic view of CCAR System Value Chain, proactively supporting Leadership Team in decision making process delivering System Financials insights, as well as identifying risks & opportunities.

2) Partner with teams to gather and combine different sources of information, analytics and insights, including macro, industry, consumer insights to build powerful and compelling narratives to support performance management cycles.

3) Drive informed investment decisions in the region:

  • Inform critical investment decisions by conducting thorough financial analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business context, as well as deep understanding of value sharing models between The Coca-Cola Company and Bottlers.

4) Drive digitalization agenda::

Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools and technologies for process optimization and efficiency improvement. Lead initiatives to modernize data collection, analysis, and reporting methods.

5) Business models development:

  • Provide strategic thinking on business models optimization.
  • Support Mergers & Acquisitions agenda in the region.

6) Enable an agile way of working

Role Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Consultancy/Commercial Finance.
  • Understanding of macro environment, competitive dynamics with proven ability to generate, represent, communicate and discuss industry and consumer insights.
  • Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability 
  • Сross-functional experience in an international company, working in a diverse cultural environment.
  • Experience within a challenging and dynamic environment with internal and external customers.
  • Graduate in business studies with major in finance/data science/economics/management or similar proficiency.
