The job requires ambitious, results-oriented sales professionals who possess exceptional New Business (hunter) sales abilities, combined with effective Account Management/Expansion skills. A proven ability to sell Cloud Services would be required, as well as the capability of networking effectively across a large enterprise organization, such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

At least 10+ years of sales experience in the IT Services Sales in Enterprise (Telecom, Government, Finance), preferably with professional services sales skills.

  • Works on a defined customer list and cooperates within the Oracle Account team.
  • Responsibility for the business sales bookings number for CSS SaaS services in the assigned accounts,
  • Responsibility for conducting territory analysis and associated business creation activities within the assigned accounts,
  • Responsibility for the creation of the associated business plans to accomplish the related business targets,
  • Creating of joint go-to-market activities with other aspects of the wider Oracle sales function,
  • Responsibility for working alongside CSS’s business development/sales program functions to facilitate the creation and execution of targeted demand generation activities,
  • Works to identify and cover all organizations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated account list, focusing on building a strong pipeline and closing opportunities in a timely fashion,
  • Works, where appropriate, with Oracle Partners, i.e. resellers, SI's, ISV's, technology partners and alliances,
  • Works with Customer Management (CM), Customer Success Managers, and other Lines of Business (xLOBs) to maximize the return from the assigned set of accounts,
  • Active new business selling and prospecting initiatives to potential new ACS customers,
  • Active up-selling of ACS Services into some existing accounts including ‘cold calls’ to untouched areas of the respective organizations
  • Produce and communicates an accurate weekly forecast while maintaining the sales pipeline on Global CRM.
  • Being the point person for all ACS activities within the assigned accounts working closely with the assigned ACS Delivery employees,
  • A high visibility presence within the respective assigned organizations creating relationships with all aspects of the customer and business management,
  • Creation of a trusted advisor status within the assigned accounts and business management,
  • Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within client organizations.
  • Relationship generation and associated collaborative working with the other aligned Oracle sales and delivery teams.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of overachievement of sales quota.
  • Understanding of the enterprise software/infrastructure and services.
  • Experience in working on advanced/integrated /professional services engagements model working across multiple lines of business & product lines for both scope-based project engagement & annuity-based services.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful direct sales experience in Software IT Services market.
  • Self-starter, fast learner and hungry for knowledge and information.
  • Fully aware of Oracle SaaS, industry standards, and terminology.
  • Has strong presentation, organization, co-ordination and negotiation skills.
  • Has good business acumen,
  • Has an ambitious winner personality
  • Works with setting priorities and creation of sales related business plans,
  • Proven Team player,
  • Fluent in English
  • Has Sales experience in Products or Services (especially experience on Oracle SaaS products and services)
