Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architectures as a technical consultant, technical pre-sales engineer, enterprise architect, or in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications and applying cloud native development methodologies and tools, including container technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with developing scalable architectures using API management, microservices frameworks, PaaS.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned jointly with the customer with defined scope and success criteria
  • Experience with modern software development life-cycle methodologies and development tools, including IDEs, CI/CD, debugging, container orchestration and operations.
  • Experience in GCP and Vertex AI.
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia in a professional working environment.
  • Excellent programming skills such as Java, Python or others, with a focus on automation.

As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will work with technical Sales teams as a machine learning subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand Google Cloud, explaining technical features, helping customers design architectures, and problem-solving any potential roadblocks. Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Work on Duet AI, with a focus on integrating Duet AI capabilities within existing cloud services to help customer development teams build, deploy, and operate applications faster and more efficiently throughout the software development life-cycle.
  • Support the technical relationship with Google’s customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
  • Provide expertise on Duet AI to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.
