Territory Sales Manager (Account Manager) Acuvue – Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Norway 

Working as at Johnson & Johnson Vision is all about partnering with our customers. With motivating sales targets, you work towards building relationships and partnerships between our company and the owners of optical stores, opticians, and store staff. The position is in Norway and the geographic districts covered by the TM are with your base from home ideally in Vestfold or surrounding areas, between Oslo and Kristiansand. You will be travelling with overnight stay of around 30 - 50% of your working time depending on where you live and will cover both nearby areas as distanced area through Face-to-Face meetings and virtual meetings. 

Objectives of the Position

You are responsible for the development and growth of your region´s sales. You are accountable for the implementation of our sales strategy, planning, follow up on customer and sales activities and the development of customers and the business in your region. 

You will join a team of 6 persons that covers the rest of Nordic North and a Nordic team with the head office based in Stockholm. You will primarily be working in the field spending 80% of your time visiting optical outlets. The right candidate therefore feels comfortable structuring their own workday and stay in contact with their colleagues over Phone/Teams and e-mail. You report to the Area Sales Manager, Nordics North. The role is permanent.
