Inviting applications for the role of Vice president – LDT Program Leader

Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) function serves as a catalyst for career advancement and heightened leadership visibility within the company. The LDT team drives the transformation agenda for G and its clients by leading the interplay of Data Analytics, Digital, and Lean Six Sigma. We fuse Lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes, bring end-to-end process linkage, reimagine businesses with digital solutions and predict problems before they occur by embedding Analytics into operations. You would lead the charge to infusing Generative AI into our Operations which we run for our clients. 

In this role the individual will hold end to end accountability for driving the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives and industry trends. As the leader of this division, they will oversee a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to deliver innovative AI/ML projects. 

Responsibilities 

  • Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a long-term strategy and vision for the AI/ML division, aligning it with the overall organizational goals and industry trends. 
  • Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring on time completion, within budget, and meet quality standards. 
  • Business Process Improvement: Build & Drive team which can enhance existing business processes, improve efficiency, and provide a competitive advantage. 
  • Innovation and R&D: Lead the exploration and experimentation of emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive continuous innovation. 
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a diverse team of AI/ML professionals, fostering their growth and creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment. 
  • Technical Oversight: Not only provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring the development of robust and scalable AI/ML solutions but also spread the power of solutions across the organization. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML projects. 
  • Performance Evaluation: Set performance goals for the division, regularly assess team members' performance, and provide feedback to facilitate their professional development. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in AI/ML projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. 
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the division and the broader organization. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. An advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects or division, preferably in a technology-driven organization. 
  • Strong software engineering background, with hands-on experience in programming languages like Python, R, or similar. 
  • Demonstrated success in business process improvement using AI/ML technologies. 
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. 
  • Visionary thinking with a record of driving innovation and bringing innovative ideas to fruition. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. 
  • Experience in collaborating with C-suite executives and presenting AI/ML strategies to stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and ethical considerations in AI/ML is a plus and enhance operational performance. 

Preferred Additional Skills: 

  • Experience in [Your Industry or Domain Specific Knowledge]. 
  • Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI/ML services.
