As a Product Specialist, in AstraZeneca Oncology, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. This position will report directly into the Breast / Gynecology First Line Sales Manager.

In this role you’ll:

  • Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives and position AstraZeneca as a leader in Oncology
  • Engage with specialty care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profile to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Develop long-term consultative relationships with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Manage the implementation of the account plan securing cross-functional resources where required.
  • Communicate to health care professionals knowledge of the disease areas.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life science
  • At least two years Pharmaceutical sales experience in Specialty care or Oncology
  • Knowledge of the health care system and its changing environment
  • Demonstrating results orientated communication skills and business acumen in complex health care environment
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English

Desirable for the role

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field (will be considered an asset)
  • Sales experience in Breast or/and Gynecology therapeutic oncology area
