Job Description

You will make sure that Eastern Europe business units (across all sites and departments) are aligned with P&G IT policies regulating Information Security, and overall Information Security risks are handled properly to protect business operations from disruption. You will develop and bring to life the Information Security strategy to mitigate critical security risks.

What can you expect?

You can expect meaningful work from Day 1. In this role, you will solve real P&G business problems. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn from the global P&G IT community to advance your skills and reapply the best practices
  • Explore the Information Security aspect for PII handling (Privacy)
  • Work on vetting of P&G-owned and supplier systems to ensure they are sufficiently protecting data (no leaking, correct collection of website cookies, etc.)
  • Review and learn how to conduct Risk Impact Assessments across key information security risks and own risk mitigation plans for various Business Units
  • Review Business Impact Assessments for the non-IT handled business applications and provide mentorship on the mitigation plans to the application owners
  • Collaborate with the P&G cybersecurity team on risk management, incident management, and Business Continuity plans

Job Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Availability for at least a 6-month internship
  • Readiness to work 40 hours per week (full-time schedule)
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, fail, and try again

Nice to have (desirable)

  • Academic background in general IT field or Information Security specifically
  • Any certificates of achievement/completion in the Information Security area
  • Any previous experience with risk assessment and building mitigation plans
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a complex and dynamic corporate environment
  • Ownership & accountability: the ability to work autonomously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate agility
  • Passion for improving your business acumen
