As a Communication Specialist & Press Officer & Content Coordinator, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand by securing proofreading of copy in external and internal communications, and by ensuring high quality Media Relations and PR & Communications activities, both internally and externally. You are also responsible for publishing relevant content on the local social channels and managing the channels in crisis situations. You plan, execute, and follow up local PR and communications activities in accordance with H&M Brand guidelines and policies.
Key responsibilities:
To be successful in the role as Communication Specialist & Press Officer & Content Coordinator, we believe you can adopt translated copy to local market and brand guidelines. You are also structured and detailed to handle many copy workstreams, incl. daily publishing and execution of local social channels. You have a strong commercial focus with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.

This is a full-time position with local contract, located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The Communication Specialist & Press Officer & Content Coordinator is part of Customer Activation & Marketing Department and reports to Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager.
